More Information About Our Practice
- We offer telehealth services only
- Appointment times are available Monday through Saturday
- In network insurance: BCBS-IL, Aetna, United Health Care, Medicare (Illinois)
- We’ll do our best to check your insurance coverage, but in the end, you are responsible for payment if coverage is denied. Here are some questions to ask your insurance company:
- Do I have a deductible, and have I met it yet?
- How many sessions am I allowed each calendar year?
- Do I need a referral or pre-authorization?
- We accept most major credit cards for co-pays and keep a card on file with your permission to automatically charge after your insurance confirms the covered amount.
- Self-pay: Ask about our self-pay rates if we’re out-of-network with your insurer, or if you don’t have insurance.
- Please cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance or you may be charged the full cost of the session
